30-day return window
you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. items must be in their original condition and packaging.
how to start a return
email us at support@veltoraone.com with your order number and reason for return. we'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
damaged or defective items
if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@veltoraone.com with a photo of the issue. we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
non-returnable items
items that have been heavily used beyond a reasonable trial period are not eligible for return.
